Role Overview:
The Leadership Member of Human Resources will be part of the senior HR team, with a strong focus on talent development, organizational growth, and employee engagement. The role requires a proven leader who can guide and transform HR functions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives support organizational goals.
- Drive competency planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Talent Management:
- Lead the recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Performance Management & Retention:
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting and feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, with a focus on automation and AI-driven enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Maintain high team morale and be the face of HR for new associates.
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Education: Master's in Business Administration (HR Focus), Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Certifications: Certified Mentor & Certified Executive Coach (preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership, ideally in IT companies or large organizations.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and effective project management skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor and deliver results.
- A deep understanding of people processes, particularly in a global customer engagement context.
