Job brief:
We are looking for a Sr. HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. Sr. HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, handling operations and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees in India and the US.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle HR operations for a growing team at India and US.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Work with the senior management to design and implement the strategic vision of the organization.
- Ensure employees' requests and grievances are addressed in a timely manner
- Oversee and enhance the recruitment processes (IT).
- Assess the pulse of the new joinees to ensure alignment with the organization's culture
- Monitor HR metrics.
- Organize learning and development programs
- Work collaboratively with the various departments in the organization - Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, IT, Admin
- Represent the organization at various forums
- Establish and maintain connections with the local educational institutions and talent
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Requirements and skills:
- Proven 10+ work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Leadership skills:
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
