Job Title : Sr Manager - HR
Location : Mumbai (Powai)
Qualification : MBA/PGDM with Specialization in HR
Experience : Min. 7 years.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Management - Designs and implements programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool. Managing the ever growing expectations from the employees in terms of career advancements and growth path clarity
2. Organization Development - Working with the business to develop the design and architecture of the organization. Advising on, business specific OD interventions e.g. organization restructures, Change Management, Performance Management, After Action Reviews. Understanding and developing the health of the organization and the culture
3. PMS - Lead the performance management cycle (PMS) right from KRA setting, performance and leadership competency review, normalization and increment and promotion cycle.
4. Employee Engagement - Design and execute the employee engagement framework. Lead employee engagement for better retention and productivity
5. Lead the Learning and development need identification and plan for the fulfillment of the same for the function. Build a business focused learning and development platform for employees to increase their value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow.
6. Contribute to strategic projects particularly where these impact Talent, Learning and Organization Development's processes and systems
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of business.
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership capability review and development initiatives, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, talent management and succession processes
