- To collaborate on short-term and long-term hiring plans, develop and execute on cost effective best practices, processes. Capture the best talent from the market as per company's business requirements
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage entire Talent Acquisition cycle right from understanding the manpower requirement, sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers and closing the position.
- Work closely with Business Managers to ensure an in-depth understanding of the Hiring Mandate and create impactful job descriptions.
- Depending on the desired candidate profile, effectively source candidates from varied sources, such as job portals, walk-ins, head hunting, internal referrals, social media etc.
- Achieving the monthly/ quarterly and annual hiring targets to achieve the manpower projections.
- Adhering to internal HR processes such as ensuring proper documentation of candidates' papers, monthly hiring MIS generation, preparing offer letters, appointment letters within the specified TAT.
- Partnering closely with the Business Managers to ensure their hiring needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Recruiting programs need to be designed to make changes at a strategic level which may include the enhancement of candidate communications, the development of talent pipe-lining, succession planning, the optimization of recruitment channels, re-evaluation of interviewing processes, and the deployment of new recruitment technology.

- Should be able to handle Stakeholders independently.
- Involved in end to end recruitment cycle
- Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
- Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
- Communicator with a strong understanding of the business world and has passion for recruitment
- Should have Team Handling experience.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :
-12-14 years of recruiting experience of which 3+ years of experience in a volume recruitment lead role from a BPO or Retail or BFSI or Consultancy or Insurance Industry.
II. Should have directly lead a team of 6-8 recruiters and managed volume hiring of 1500+ employees in a year.
III. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
IV. Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery/ clients
V. Strong market intelligence
VI. Good team management & interpersonal skills.
VII. Effectively plan the skill enhancement of the team members.
