As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling recruitment including campus, employee relations and employee branding for the company.
What you will do :
- Handling end to end recruitment cycle for the campus hiring and responsible for engaging and maintaining the overall campus engagement across a wide spectrum of colleges.
- Designing the recruitment process and selection matrix for choosing the recruitment channel and source
- Overseeing the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
- Initiating and managing employee engagement activities
- Undertaking and effectively CSR
- Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Retaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Strengthening Campus Engagement to increase the connect of the businesses with the campus students and leveraging the various platforms including social media to intensify the brand resonance
- Implementing human resource strategies like employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
- Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;
- Assisting and maintaining effective employee communication channels
- Communicating performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.
- Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Working towards attracting a greater talent pool by putting out the culture and work environment via various marketing channels
What you need to have :
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in HR position
- Must be smart and presentable
- Have outstanding interpersonal and team management skills
- Have in-depth knowledge and working experience in all domains of HR
- Must have good networking skills to source and leverage talent
- Excellent Verbal / Written Communication Skills
- Experience with development and implementation of human resource strategies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and creative thinking capabilities
