Our client is a fintech startup that offers market analyst and financial consulting advisory services.They have a strong presence in the financial services industry owing to the impressive team of analysts and experts from the industry.

The startup incorporates state-of-the-art technology, real-time news, and the latest analysis to deliver best services. The firm fosters a highly competitive environment to encourage individuals to reach their maximum potential.

They are working towards expanding their global presence by increasing capital and forming an outstanding team. The founding team has more than a decade of work experience in international financial organizations. They are alumni of prestigious institutes like SRCC and IIT-M.

As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling recruitment including campus, employee relations and employee branding for the company.

What you will do :

- Handling end to end recruitment cycle for the campus hiring and responsible for engaging and maintaining the overall campus engagement across a wide spectrum of colleges.

- Designing the recruitment process and selection matrix for choosing the recruitment channel and source

- Overseeing the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.

- Initiating and managing employee engagement activities

- Undertaking and effectively CSR

- Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

- Retaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

- Strengthening Campus Engagement to increase the connect of the businesses with the campus students and leveraging the various platforms including social media to intensify the brand resonance

- Implementing human resource strategies like employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.

- Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;

- Assisting and maintaining effective employee communication channels

- Communicating performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.

- Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment

- Working towards attracting a greater talent pool by putting out the culture and work environment via various marketing channels

What you need to have :

- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in HR position

- Must be smart and presentable

- Have outstanding interpersonal and team management skills

- Have in-depth knowledge and working experience in all domains of HR

- Must have good networking skills to source and leverage talent

- Excellent Verbal / Written Communication Skills

- Experience with development and implementation of human resource strategies.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and creative thinking capabilities
