Salary Offered : 10-15 LPA
Job Purpose :
- Drive HR operations activities (e.g., local labor relations, compliance, payroll services, training delivery, recruitment support, employee data maintenance & reporting, etc.) to meet corporate strategic results.
- Drive compliance with established governance e.g. Service Level Agreements, Collective Labor Agreement, Policies & Procedures, and other binding regulatory guidelines while capitalizing on economies of scale to achieve cost efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop HR Operations goals and action plans to make individual and team performance a competitive advantage through effective execution of harmonized processes
- Provide employee relations guidance for client organizations and counsel to leaders and employees on employment laws, policies and practices including the development, administration and execution of collective bargaining agreements
- Manage the process for compensation planning (including salary planning, sales pay plans, payroll, benefits and award programs) to effectively recognize and reward performance and provide a best in class service to employees creating high employee satisfaction.
- Develop, build, and lead an HR Operations organization focused on customer service and with an ability to meet or exceed agreed service level targets.
- Ongoing identification of process improvement opportunities and implementation of enhancements to drive efficiency and improved levels of support contributing to a - Best in Class- HR organization.
- Establish effective engagement and communication plans to ensure the organization understands key HR processes, measurements, initiatives, and progress.
- Actively contribute to regional initiatives, supporting organization transformation and HR Corporate agenda.
- Manage the budget and KPI's for the HR operations function to contribute to cost effectiveness and operational
excellence.
Qualifications :
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or business-related field; Masters Degree preferred
- Min. 6 years of HR experience preferably with generalist experience.
- Vast experience / thorough knowledge of legislation with respect to tax, social security, labor law, CLA etc.
- Vast experience / in-depth understanding of interactions with other functions (e.g. Finance, IT).
- Ability to coach and manage teams and run a department; experience in leading teams preferred
- Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing across cultures.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with management.
- Ability to develop relationships and influence senior level business leaders.
- Proven experience working independently/autonomously.
- Strong Change Management skills

- Experience managing multiple client responsibilities
