- Heading the Talent Acquisition initiatives for the firm, working very closely with the business in helping the teams ramp up their numbers in the Analytics, Risk and Data Science domains.
- Handling the company's Social Media and Branding work - this means working towards their global presence on various social media platforms.
- Partnering with various campuses to close on the campus hires for the year.
- Working with the business teams to come up with an L&D calendar both for soft skills and technical needs.
- Soliciting thoughts from the management team on the reorg to come up with a structure for both operations and analytical teams.
- Working with Finance and IT to have a ticketing tool in place for all future needs and this to be time based.
- Working with the Legal team to get our short term and long-term contractual agreements in place.
