Role & Responsibility
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR strategies to support those goals.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expertise in crafting job descriptions and interview processes.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture, ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and providing constructive feedback.
- Identify and address performance issues, developing improvement plans as needed.
Talent Development:
- Identify training and development needs within the organization.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs.
- Support career development and succession planning efforts.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment, employee turnover, performance management, and other HR-related activities
