We are looking for a Senior Manager HRBP with a Top Brand

Location : Santacruz East, Mumbai

Job Description :

- Partnering with business stakeholders in the region and corporate.

- Driving recruitment in the region through job portals focusing on diverse talent.

- Engaging with business to drive L&D initiatives including key learning programs and e-learning modules.

- Driving the performance management initiatives in the region.

- Managing HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, R&R initiatives, Fun at work, and Health & wellness initiatives.

- Utilize HR analytics to support processes by creating trackers and dashboards.

- Compliance on documentation and audit, related to recruitment, DOR, exit clearance, and F&F.

- Coordinate with external vendors on ref-checks, pre-joining medical tests, and internal stakeholders.

- Champion projects related to increasing the effectiveness of the portfolio.

- Work closely with COEs to drive effectiveness in employee life cycle processes.

Requirements :

- Master's degree in human resources management.

- 5+ years experience in HR with at least 2 years experience in HR Business Partnering and recruitment.
