Responsibilities
- Heading the HR Function for the Company.
- Formulating and implementing people strategy of the group in collaboration with business heads.
- Framing and updating effective HR policies for all the group companies.
- Implementing proper systems and procedures in subsidiaries
- Identify diagnose and address key HR issues in the subsidiaries
- Review and analyse the group companies HR function and suggest improvements accordingly.
- Identifying and implementing suitable OD interventions in subsidiaries.
- Recruiting leadership team for the subsidiaries.
- Presenting HR MIS reports to top management.
- Reviewing the performance management system and compensation and benefit structure and suggest suitable changes as and when required.
- Analyzing the data to derive useful insights and initiate corrective/ preventive action required.
- Updating senior management about latest trends in HR.
- Adopting best practices across the globe in the group.
- Responsible for CSR activities of the group
Requirements :
- Proven experience as HR Head
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
Salary Offered : 14-18 LPA
