- Looking for HR professionals with at least 7 to 10 years of end-to-end HRBP experience to lead the HR function at a boutique legal firm. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR partner, adept at managing talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring seamless HR operations in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with leadership to drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.

2. Lead talent acquisition, retention, and performance management initiatives.

3. Spearhead campus hiring initiatives.

3. Develop and implement policies ensuring compliance with employment laws.

4. Oversee employee relations, engagement, and professional development programs.

5. Manage compensation, benefits, and HR analytics for informed decision-making.

6. Drive diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.

Key Requirements:

a) 5-10 years of HRBP experience, preferably with an MBA in Human resources.

b) Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

c) Ability to work in a high-performance and dynamic environment.

d) Data-driven mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
