Job Description : Sr Manager -Human Resource
It is a strategic role of defining Human Resource policies and lead HR operations to develop, retain and leverage talent. The company has grown from 80 employees to 300 employees in last 2 years therefore the Human Resource head will have an opportunity to set the DNA, Culture and practices for the fast developing and evolving organization where the pace of growth throws its own challenges
You would be working in an agile and dynamic environment and will involve taking ownership of seamless implementation of the human resource strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Develop organizational strategies by identifying, researching and analysing human resource issues
- Work along with business heads, leadership team to align Human resource objectives along with Organizational Goals
- Formulate and implement performance management, total rewards, talent and Leadership Development strategy.
- Streamline Human Resource Operations by implementing new IT technologies and current best practices in the market
- Conceptualize and implement Employee Engagement Strategy to ensure an engaged and a satisfied workforce
- Develop a sustainable Culture that focuses on People enhancement, talent management and talent upskill.
- Solidify the Organizational Values and work with the core team to ensure they are understood to be the DNA of the organization.
- Partner with business to solve Cultural problems to build Accountability and Ownership.
- Lead the Change Management Process for key business and Human Resource Imperatives.
- Lead & Facilitate Business Planning meetings to ensure the Business Goals are translated and cascaded to Individual Goals.
- Implement the Succession Planning Framework that de-couples the Performance from Potential
- Work on various aspects of Compensation like - Bench marking, Market Corrections, Merit and Merit Matrix and Differential Positioning.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Diverse Industry experience spanning 8-12 Years with extensive focus on Human resource function
