Job Description :
The position will be working within a small, dynamic and global HR department of 9 professionals headed up by the Head of HR (NY), you will be responsible for:
- Assist & coordinate all WorkDay (HR System), Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, Compensation processes
- Responsible for managing the end to end onboarding processes for new joiners
- Providing the HRBP's with support across Employment Relations, Employment Law & processes
- APAC HR exposure (Singapore and HK) with regards to payroll and employee relations matters a plus
- Taking minutes for employee relations cases
- Daily communication with colleagues in Global Offices
- Administer and update HR-related documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, leavers, handbooks with GDPR compliance, working with commercial teams
- Maintain and update employee personnel files (electronic and hard copy)
- Manage leaver process, including equipment return, resignation acknowledgment letters, confirm with the line manager and payroll on annual leave
The Right Candidate :
- A highly organized and experienced HR Manager
- Proactive, self-assured and able to use own initiative
- Exceptional strong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
- Previous Financial Services experience
- Workday experience
- Manage time and workload effectively
