- Creating/ taking care of Human Resource policy and compliance with the policy at the Bank level.
- Maintaining the HR records of all staff and Employee Master, Focus on right skill right job fitment while ensuring the resource at the right time.
- Documentation Institutionalize the culture of knowledge management. Facilitating smooth
- Experience Operationalize Key Process and Infrastructure related experience to enhance employee experience and satisfaction.
- Develop/ own comprehensive end-to-end solutions to address human resource issues.
- Independently manage staff and Recruitment and Training & Development functions to ensure availability of Right Talent at the Right Place on Right Time.
- Manage the employee strength, manpower & resource mobilization and partnering with Recruiting and HR to fulfill Manpower needs and training and development need at the overall Bank level.
