Senior Manager - Human Capital - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description:

- Supporting the Leaders in formulating HR strategies and operational plans to help the transformation and growth of the function.

- Communicating, story boarding and providing actionable insights on Human Capital to the key stakeholders.

- Leading reviews, reporting and analysis of all key HC focus areas.

- Partnering and supporting the Leaders in leading transformation projects, global initiatives, client visits and driving process excellence initiatives.

- Supporting and influencing strategy for identifying and landing key investments to enable short term and long-term goals which will set organization up to achieve aspirations.

- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in India and across the Organization to ensure key strategic focus projects are completed in a timely manner to support the rapid growth of the Human Capital

- Proven track record of success with understanding and substantial direct experience with internal & external leadership team

- Prior experience in working in global teams.

- Experience of working in a professional services organization will be a plus. Big 4 experience would be an added advantage however not mandatory.

- Good understanding of diverse channels of communication.

- Stakeholder Management: Should be able to independently manage multiple Stakeholders including but not limited to leading calls / meetings, providing regular updates and so on.

- Should be able to operate independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment and address questions / challenges with logical thinking.

- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the firm.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service focus.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Demonstrated integrity, respect, commitment to excellence, and collaboration skills

- Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously.

About Qualification:

- Minimum Years of Experience: 10 year(s) +

- Preferred Qualifications: MBA/Post Graduation from a premier B school
