We are looking for positions in Human Capital Analytics with a leading KPO at Delhi/ NCR
Experience : 8- 10 years of experience in Consulting / Human Capital Analytics experience
Role & Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for the critical management of the Human Capital Analytics and Data Reporting capabilities, leading the detailed statistical analysis of our Human Capital to identify actionable insights, and building predictive models.
- Individual should be comfortable working across cross functional teams, in building POCs / Pilots and reusable modules for the use of Human Capital organization
- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics (Mandatory)
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
