LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT :
- Recruit, select and develop Professional and front-line employees performing multiple functions. Ensures they have the capability and tools to deliver results.
OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE :
- Monitors and manages the progress of the operation to ensure that the team correctly understand the goals
QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT :
- Achieves objectives (improving productivity, quality, resolution of issues etc) by recommending and/or implementing changes to existing plans, processes or procedures.
COST CONTROLS :
- Uses agreed methods and tools to manage specific elements of the budget (overtime, ODA/OPA etc) and ensures that all costs are regularly reviewed/controlled within agreed limits.
SAFETY AND SECURITY :
- Manages and controls assigned aspects of safety and security ensuring ongoing compliance with defined Company standards and legislative requirements.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT :
- Evaluates results and takes appropriate actions where issues are not of a systemic or procedural nature. Provides accurate and timely verbal and written reporting of results.
BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE :
- Develop a good overall understanding of the business (system form, operations, people and financial processes etc) and key operational processes and systems related to own area.
- Uses this knowledge combined with key metrics to engage employees to deliver operational results using safe, legal and effective methods and practices.
Language : Marathi, Hindi & English should be fluent in Writing, Reading & Speaking
Should have handled min 1L+ Sq. Ft. of warehouse area both from Operations as well from Admin perspective
