Sr Manager HRMS Bank
The role is based in Mumbai
Core job responsibilities :
- To implement and support HR recruitment tech Systems and its users.
- This position is responsible for right from Design to implementation of recruitment system, testing of new functionalities, resolving technical bugs in coordination with Vendor, conducting training for Admin users, maintaining documents, preparing governance MIS etc., resolving user queries
Education :
- BE , B.Tech in CS or IT.
- MBA in HR is a Must from the top 20 colleges in India
Experience :
- 0 to 2 years Experience in HR Software testing, technical documentation, DFD (Data flow diagram), and SOP in project management have worked on various HRIS Projects Knowledge & Skills(Functional/Technical) of all HR processes,
- Exposure to IT infra components like Databases, servers, storage, software, Operating Systems etc., Software Testing, Software Documentation, etc.
- Experience with any applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment system or any other reputed HR application package will be an added advantage
