As HR Transformation Manager for the Leave & Time workstream, you'll be responsible for designing and digitalizing compensation processes globally, supporting the global payroll consolidation process and supporting reporting and visualization for HR stakeholders. This role will provide an opportunity to envision and implement world class processes and user experience for compensation through the implementation of a new ERP system. The role also provides an opportunity to closely partner with global LEAVE & TIME teams. and that's why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities :

- As a LEAVE & TIME SME, reimagine the way leave and time processes work in the organization

- Liaison with HR stakeholders and ERP team within the organization to understand compensation needs

- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of requirement documents, details

- Work with HR Shared Services on data mapping and migration activity

- Support interconnected workstreams in the ERP implementation e.g. payroll, analytics

- Support other ongoing LEAVE & TIME projects

Basic Requirement :

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Management Reporting and Escalation handling

- Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle projects independently

- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

- Team management skills

- Comfortable working with data and numbers

- Internal / External Stakeholder coordination
