Role :
- Identify opportunities for more efficient and experience-oriented processes
- Communicate with leadership about the impact of process improvement
- Evaluate current HR processes by applying techniques like Six Sigma
- Provide post-implementation support
- Collaborate with change groups - internal & external
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in managing transformation programs & complex, large-scale process design
- Bachelors / Post Graduation
- Experience with quality management methods - LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM
