We are hiring for a leading Financial Shared Services based at Mumbai

Position: Sr.Manager - HR Transformation

Experience:8- 10 Yrs in HR transformation/ HR consulting for HR division from Consulting background

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Organisational Restructuring, transforming the HR process

- Provide Project Management support for HR Transformation and Shared Services projects

- Work on projects related to Process Design, Process mapping, and requirement gathering

- Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities

- Perform Current state assessment of HR processes in client organization and help in and preparing Business Case for Transformation

- Lead/support Documentation projects (onsite/offshore) based on clients requirement

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design cutting-edge HR Solutions relevant to changing client needs
