Job Description : Looking for candidates with core experience in implementing & managing Success Factor( HRMS ) & SAP platforms. Should have extensive experience in managing various process of Success Factor platform like Job Requisition, Employee Self-Serve, Process Optimization etc.

Description : Designing and implementing HR-related technology projects in order to streamline processes, reduce costs and increase productivity. The job involves interacting with various COEs and stakeholders, understanding their requirements, converting them into technological deliverables and working with the IT team and external vendors to realize the product.
Responsibilities :
- Project planning and management for HR technology projects in order to streamline the processes, with an emphasis on the technical components of business needs.
- Gathering functional requirements from HR & converting them into technical requirements.
- Managing the costs benefits & effective utilization in terms of vendors' support including the contract renewal processes.
- Ensures data integrity, system security, and testing of system changes.
- Trains stake holders and users on system utilization.
- Interpret data across various parameters, analyze results and provide ongoing reports in order to generate business insights.
- Analyzing attrition data and deriving insights using different parameters.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
- Should have experience in implementing or supporting SuccessFactors modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central. Additional experience in other modules would be an added advantage.
