As a HR Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the transformation of our organization's HR processes and systems. Your primary focus will be on implementing strategic HR initiatives, optimizing HR operations, and driving organizational change to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR services worldwide. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR transformation strategy and initiatives, aligning HR practices with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess current HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation roadmap, incorporating process improvements, system enhancements, and change management strategies.
- Drive the implementation of HR systems and technologies, ensuring integration with other relevant platforms.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance HR knowledge and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
- Manage HR system implementations, including vendor selection, project planning, system configuration, and user acceptance testing.
- Monitor HR performance metrics and analytics, identifying trends and making recommendations for process improvements and enhanced HR service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with HR controls and regulations.
