Senior Manager HR Strategy & Transformation
- As a Manager / Senior Manager HR Strategy & Transformation you will be responsible to help clients for their HR and Talent investments.
- Manage engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting.
- Think creatively on how we maximize the Transformation design, process and communications for optimal use.
- Serve as a critical lead on the overall HR transformation objectives and strategy that will enable goal achievement
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Assists in the implementation of recommended change & process improvements
- Support clients in defining their HR strategy and according values
- Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working.
