HR Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategy that drives talent management, development, and engagement, ultimately supporting the organization's overall business goals.
Key Accountabilities (overall):
- Establish and maintain a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.
- Develop and implement career development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.
- Design and implement a performance management system that provides clear expectations, regular feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and utilize tools and processes to identify high-potential employees and cultivate future leaders.
- Lead the development and implementation of a competitive compensation and benefits strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
- Ensure that cultural values and behaviors support the development of cutting-edge products, efficient processes, and exceptional customer experiences.
Performance Management & Rewards
- Implement data-driven performance management practices that promote fair and objective evaluation.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
Leadership:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
