Senior Manager - HR Solution Delivery - IT

We are hiring for role in HR with a leading MNC organization at Bangalore.

Position : Sr. Level - HR - Solution Advisor (Pre Sale)

Experience : 11+ years with good experience in Engagement/Solution Architect for HR process Role.

Education : OPEN

Role & Responsibilities :

- Providing Solution Architecture and involved in Process Transition &Transformation

- Responding to RFI RFP for HR Solution. Handling HR Pre Sales.

- Should have worked in providing solutions in HR Domain for Clients/third party

- Designing and delivering the HR operating model including the role of Shared Services/Outsourcing

- Responsible to design and roll-out key HR operating models including processes and systems to meet changing business needs.

- Should have done commercial modelling and Sizing

- Involved in stakeholder Management /and handling project Management.
