Senior Manager - HR Shared Services - Life Insurance
Leading Life Insurance organization is looking to onboard a lead in the HR Operations team based in the Corporate Office. Broadly, the job responsibilities will include :
1. Leading majority of the HR Shared Services as a part of the HR Operations team centrally.
2. Own and execute all Digital transformation projects to ensure constant improvement/upgrade of existing processes.
3. The incumbent will also be responsible for all Analytics & Reporting in the operations team.
4. Study trends and analyze data to enable organizational decisions.
5. Ongoing review and improvement of existing SOPs and other relevant policies in place.
Key Requirements :
1. 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations
2. Sound exposure and understanding of end to end HR Operations processes including payroll, background verification, on-boarding etc.
3. Prior experience and familiarity with Darwin's Box will be an added plus.
