- Formulating an HR vision, determining a strategic HR direction, and creating plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a Progressive HR Strategy to ensure the organization is equipped to fulfill its strategic objectives. Ensuring that all aspects of the HR function promote a culture of teamwork, service orientation, high quality, transparency, accountability, innovation, and inclusiveness.
- Leading, developing, and deploying critical HR projects.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and frameworks in line with current industry best practices and evolving rules and regulations.
- Collaborating with the team to review and benchmark the compensation framework to attract, motivate, and retain employees.
- Prioritizing talent development, including regular processes of staff appraisal, feedback, goal setting, professional development, and career growth to enable all employees to reach their career potential.
- Ensuring effective and timely implementation of the appraisal process, including mid and end-of-year reviews, and supporting ongoing monthly meetings.
- Guiding and coaching the HR team on employee relations and HR issues in line with company policies and best practices, encompassing disciplinary actions, grievance handling, performance management, and absence management.
- Implementing and driving change processes across the organization and integrating HR processes for existing and new units.
- Monitoring and reporting on the results of HR projects.
