Job Description:
- Strong experience in HR transformation.
- Must have designed New structures and initiatives for Performance Management
- One who can ensure that talent resources and services are in line with the business strategy.
- Exp. in providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
- Exp. in knowledge management, people management, done coaching, mentoring, upskilling.
- Must have done Change management at organization level and managed talent risk.
- Provide employee development and counseling assistance to employees to enhance employee performance and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Should have worked on HR Projects
- Experience in HR transformational project
- A full time MBA
