Senior Manager HR Programs & Operations

- As a Senior Manager Program and HR Operations you will be driving the effective implementation of Integrated Solutioning & Delivery (IS&D) HR strategic programs, projects and priorities.

- Develop consistent Solutioning & Delivery approaches across the Markets and Services.

- Build integrated Solutioning & specialized Delivery talent.

- Recognition Program manage IS&D Capacity, Capability and Culture Transformation workstreams.

- Analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on analysis, lead with facts, and inform with data.

- Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationships, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
