- 6-12 years of HR work experience (preferably US HR Ops background)

- Preferably MBA grad.

- Good verbal and written communication

- Good presentation and excel skills

- Hands-on experience in drafting/creating policies

- Hands-on experience in managing onboarding process, creation and roll out of offer letters/appointment letters and performance management

- Responsible in drafting and rolling out org wide HR communication

- Responsible for creation of Org Charts

- Responsible for Data Management

- Handled internal & external HR audits

- Hands-on experience with Workday (must)

- Global exposure - Handled HR projects
