About Role:-
1. This role would be instrumental to the success of the HR function in providing the operational support required to the HRBusiness Partners & CoE verticals.
2. The role would include completely managing the following processes - Onboarding, Background Verification, HRMS & HR Helpdesk.
3. The role holder will have a team of 6-8 peoplereporting to him/her.
4. This role would be based out of Gurgaon. We are looking at someone with 5-7 years of
experience in the field of managing the HR Operations.
5. This role holder will have a reporting to Head- HR SharedServices
Key Competencies :
- Ability to work collaboratively with other HR Verticals & Partners
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- High on Execution Excellence
- Experience as a People Manager
- Strong understanding of HR Systems (Oracle, SAP etc.)
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
Qualification :
- MBA
- At least 7-15 years of relevant experience
