We are hiring Sr. manager HR Operations for one of our client into Insurance industry.
Essentials/ Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be from the Insurance space only
- Should be ready to join in 15 to max 30 days
- Should be expert in Excel
- Should be able to work on stretched assignments
- Should have handled Payroll input creation
- Understanding of Manual working
- Master in EXCEL
- Eye for detail and proficient in MS office (Power point & Excel); comfortable with financial/operations data, reporting
- 10 - 15 years of experience working in a fast paced HR department
- Approaches the challenges of the work with creativity and CAN DO attitude
Human Resource Operations :
The HR Shared Services team is responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle operations. The focus for this team is to ensure a great employee experience from an operational perspective.
Lead for providing data/first level check/streamline in HROne (Ramco HR software)
- UAT Testing & data creation in specified format for upload under different module
- Creation & upkeep of accurate master in HROne
- Keeping of all audit trail of Database & Master which gets created in HROne
- HR SPOC for identifying the 1st level issue analysis and coordinate to provide closure along with Ramco
Payroll:
- Checking Payroll input and ensure it is sent timely with 0% error.
- Maintain effective record keeping of payroll approvals and other critical documents for audit (As & When inputs received)
- Maintain & provide monthly joining commitment pay-outs inputs for payroll as and when applicable (24th of the month)
HR Services :
- Dashboarding/Preparation of Monthly HR reports to be shared with other department
- Own end to end HR processes assigned like onboarding, employee life cycle processes, absconding, PAP, CEP, group insurance, separation, payroll inputs, data updating, record maintenance etc.
Ensure HRBP team provides timely deliveries related to HRIS reporting update, salary hold/exit update and other critical activities which have a monetary impact.
- Subject Matter Expert on Shared services practices, ability to train and quality check
- Ensure employees queries / resolution for internal and external stakeholder queries are addressed directly/ through HR4U tickets
- HR vendor management-Ramco, Team Lease, Zoom Brokers etc
- Maintain the CTC database and be the Spoc for Ramco & drive all initiatives through the internal team and Ramco
- Employee life cycle - Managing employee relations end to end (Pre-joining activity - Facilitate and Conduct on boarding for all new joiners - Separation) through the team
- Handling various HR tools and applications i.e. offer generation tool, leave management, employee grievances, medical reimbursement tool, travel portal, employee benefits tool, separation tool , absconding process , PAP process & renewals of GMC, GTL , GPA).
- Off-roll Employee Management
- Coordination with Business HR team to understand the employee's requirement , close all escalations and ensure correct management of the manual data
