Job Description :
- Responsible for operations and ensure compliance with all payroll related statutory requirements and Taxation
- Lead a team for seamless operations delivery
- Policy formulations and implementations
- Responsible for continuous improvement of processes & adherence to process SLAs
- Working knowledge of any HRMS or any ERP
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing and sending PF, ESI, PT Reports to vendor, payment reconciliation and record keeping
- Reimbursement claim processing
- Developing operational reporting and dashboards as and when required
