What you will do:- Oversee People Operations Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance regulations.
- HR Technology Management Implement and manage HR technology systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable HR tech solutions to support various People functions.
- Train People function as team members and end-users on new technology solutions and processes.
- Process Excellence Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to optimize service delivery and enhance efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and champion the implementation of best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and metrics analysis to track operational performance.
- Compliance Management Ensure adherence to all local, state, and central regulations.
- Be the point of contact for both internal and external audit teams for people process.
- Hire to Retire Process Management Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth transition at each stage.
- Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a main point of contact for employees and management regarding HR services.
- Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery.
- Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to achieve functional goals.
What are we looking for:- Accomplished HR Operations leader with 7 plus years of experience, adept at managing mid scale operations and navigating complexity.
