Senior Manager - HR Operations - IT/ITeS Company
- Analyze current HR processes, and identify opportunities for more efficient and experience-centred ways of working
- Responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitors HR projects and workflow.
- Drive transformation programs, from design to implementation, and acting as a change agent
- Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.) -
- Investment checking and updating
- Create, review and amend policies and SOPs for all HR operations processes in a timely manner.
- Manage entire process for the employee lifecycle from hire to exit
- Managing the employee database
- Conduct employee engagement activities
- Managing documentation pertaining to employee life cycle confirmations, exits, other letters
