Man Power Planning & Induction:

- Understand and track the budgeted versus actual manpower budgets for the financial year and highlight deviations. Coordinate with consultants, institutes and other sources to close positions.

- Other formalities like Generating Offer Letter and Appointment letter, Sending for Medical Checkup, filling dossiers, collecting all the required documents, creating ID cards, EDC, Bio-metric, Updating all the information on HRMS, background verification, Bank A/c opening, ESIC Updating etc.

Employee Life Cycle:

- Provide a timely and enjoyable on-boarding experience.

- Planning and organising induction program across locations.

- Administering Leave and Attendance processes and procedures.

- Timely initiation of employee confirmation and letter issuance, and filing.

- Support in handling separations cases, and issuance of letters.

- Absconding employees - timely sending out absconding employee absconding letters

- Issuing Transfer, Warning, Confirmation and Experience letter to the employees when needed.

Performance Management:

- Support leads in administering Annual Performance Appraisal.

- Track and ensure confirmation of employees is completed as per the guidelines

- Prepare communication plan for appraisal.

- Uploading KRA in a system by using Balance Score Card Method.

Learning and Development:

- Organizing and coordinating various training programs - internal and external.

- Supporting leads while preparing training calendar by studying the past trend.

- Designing and executing training and development program based on the practice needs.

- Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met and tracked.

- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.

Candidate's Profile:

- Candidate should have core HR Operations experience into deploying/managing Blue Collared Manpower in large facility management or services setup

- Hands on experience in managing full life cycle of employees (On-boarding to Exit)

- Managing high volume of HR Transaction in non automated environment

- Should be able to create and document HR Processes

- Willing to Travel Extensively Pan India

- Team Management Skills

- High Energy, Pleasing Personality and Excellent Communication Skills

- MS Office (Advanced Excel & Powerpoint), HRIS
