Job Title : Sr. Manager - HR Operations
Reports to : Zonal Head
Job Responsibility :
- On-boarding / Exit formalities.
- Shops and Establishments
- Coordinating with Vendors.
- Benefits administration.
- Understanding of different types of benefits as Medical Insurance.
- Have excellent Skills in dealing with consultant.
- Good grasp on entire Employee Life Cycle Management Processes.
- Manage end-to-end of the ELC - On boarding, Rehire, Leave, Movement & Transfer, promotion, Exit etc.
- Background Reference Check management.
- Proactively identify gaps, scope for improvement in processes, to plug gaps and optimize processes and efficiencies.
- Communicate and ensure understanding by employees of laws, regulations, and organizational policies and answer questions by managers and employees as needed.
- Execute and monitor grievance and disciplinary policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.
Basic requirements :
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws & compliance.
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network.
- Experience working in a vibrant, fast changing environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions.
- Outstation candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur.
Qualifications :
- MBA in Human Resources
- 7 yrs to 11 years of work experience as HRBP or HR Generalist
- Should have exposure to managing PMS, IJP, Engagement activities, multiple stake holder management.
