Key Responsibilities:

- Drive process optimization by creating and automating HR workflows.

- Lead HR software adoption, including HRIS management and employee training.

- Analyze HR metrics (engagement, turnover, retention) and generate actionable reports.

- Draft clear, consistent communication for HR policies and initiatives.

- Partner with business leaders on performance, employee relations, and talent development.

Qualifications:
