- Ensures data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The incumbent also supports HRIS upgrades, testing and other projects as assigned.
- Drives the operations of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations and vendor agreement & negotiations.
- Works on US Payroll
- Participates in the development/enhancement of HRIS business processes and procedures
- Conduct monthly audits to verify the integrity of HR data across all systems
- Gather, benchmark and assess key data/ metrics about employment trends, hiring, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, retention, and turnover rates. Identify best practices
- Operation Excellence mindset and expertise on process enhancement for efficiency improvement or manpower saving
- Leading/developing the operational team including selecting the suitable person on the job, down to details root cause analysis, redesign the structure to adapt to the new norm
- Experiences on end-to-end HR services/EE life cycle management
- Managing the migration from overseas to India of HR processes and ability to work with stakeholders
- Identifies optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs.
