Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, HR Operations is responsible for overseeing the HR operations team and ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective HR services across the organization. This role involves managing HR policies and procedures, improving HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing strategic HR support to the business. A full-time regular MBA is required for this position to ensure a strong foundation in business administration and strategic management.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

- Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.

- Ensure the HR operations team delivers high-quality HR services to employees and managers.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the HR department.

HR Operations:

- Oversee the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.

- Ensure HR operations comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and systems.

- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline HR-related processes and workflows.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Oversee the preparation and submission of required HR reports and documentation.

- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Employee Relations:

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.

- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.

- Promote a positive employee experience and organizational culture.

Strategic HR Support:

- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

- Support organizational change initiatives and help manage the impact on employees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Full-time regular MBA is required.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 15 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software.
