Description

- Drive HR operations for the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient service that meets the needs of the business.

- Oversee HR Tech, HRIS and HR Analytics

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

- Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a keen understanding of the overall morale and promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Profile

A successful 'Senior Manager - HR Operations' should have:

- 5-8 years of overall experience in HR Operations, preferably in the Financial Services sector.

- Open to Mumbai as a location, Work from office 5 days a week.
