Senior Manager - Human Resources (Operations & Compliances)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end headcount budgeting, master inputs and controls, onboarding & offboarding process.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and handling grievances.
- Administer performance management processes to support employee development.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data security.
- Stay up-to-date ensuring all HR practices align with best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR needs and implement best practices.
- Handle payroll processes, including Provident Fund (PF) Mediclaim, Life Insurance and any other HR compliance that may be introduced by the authorities.
Key skills & expertise:
- The ideal candidate will need to possess a strong background in HR management, with skills in MIS, Performance Management (Balance Scorecard), and HR operations supported with a Master's degree in Human Resources (SIBM or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of HR operations (automation, happiness index etc)
- Expertise in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Experience with performance management and training.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill.
