Sr. Manager - HR Operations (Experience in working For Europe Region)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work with the HR operations team globally which will include payroll/compliance and database management
- Compliance management as per the applicable laws
- MIS Analytics and dashboards for Headcount, attrition, employee demographics and data driven insights
- Manage HRMS related activities and data maintenance along with implementation of new functionalities, enhancements and integrations
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 12+ years of HR experience in Workforce Management, HR Operations and Data Management, Health and Retirement benefits for Global clients
- Experience working for European Region is a must.
