KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve disputes and enhance communication.
Industrial Relations:
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relations with relevant labor unions or workers' representatives.
- Participate in negotiations and discussions related to collective bargaining agreements and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to labor and employment policies.
- Provide guidance to management on legal and compliance matters related to human resources.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of factory personnel.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to integrate new employees into the organization.
- Work with department heads to identify talent development needs and implement training programs.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to assess and enhance employee performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
HR Policy Development:
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
Health and Safety:
- Collaborate with safety and health personnel to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of safety programs and initiatives.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management with a focus on industrial relations, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including employees, unions, and management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is desirable.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Position : Permanent on a long-term basis
