- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Stay well versed with knowledge of industrial / employment law and take necessary action to comply with relevant provisions.
- Monitor internal and external labour relations trends and suggest implementing best employees' engagement practices.
- Timely attention to employees' grievances and addresses them carefully to ensure smooth work culture and discipline.
- Owns staffing, retention, engagement, wellbeing etc, and able to work closely with business leaders.
- Support and drive performance, rewarding and learning culture by implementing various programs.
- Should be able to build connect with multi location colleagues and partner with them to meet the objectives.
- Should be familiar with regular statistical and management reports like Attrition rate, Absenteeism trend, Overtime etc and take proper measures for improvement.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as necessary.
- Performs other HR duties as assigned by management.
To succeed:
- Degree in HR/ IR from an institute of repute. Law degree will be preferable.
- Around 10-15 years of experience in an independent role within HR function like HRBP, HR Manager, HR Specialist, Employee Relationship, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities including local language.
- Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics
- Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of responsibilities for multi locations.
- Ability to lead, influence and drive priorities with senior management.
