Sr. Manager HR (Male Only)

Designation : Senior HR Manager
Location : Delhi (Position will be based in the Hangar at the Delhi airport)
Key Accountabilities:
- HR Generalist role that includes Manpower Planning and budgeting for the General Aviation vertical/region of the organization, MIS, Operation Plan adherence, Monthly, quarterly and annual reports, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and other HR activities.
- HR Analytics - Provide HR analytics and help in managing & driving strategies to constantly improve employee experience and consistently strive towards making - A Great Place to Work .
- Build and develop relationship with teams at various locations.
- Deliver HR related policies, practices and processes.
- Partner with and provide feedback to the business heads to ensure effective, efficient HR operations services across geography, focusing on delivery improvements. Drive Employee Engagement programs across locations.
- Understanding of Statutory compliance. Work closely with the business leaders, consultants and government officials to make sure we are compliant.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Demonstrated success in managing HR Programs in a complex, matrix, and global business environment
- Good people management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate proven success in direct and indirect influencing of teams.
- Strong project management and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizing skills. Good time management. Attention to detail.
- At ease working with senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to partner across HR to deliver effective business solutions
- Depth of experience with delivery of HR Programs and Processes
- Exposure of handling blue collared employees would be preferred.
Education and Experience :
- 7+ years of relevant professional work experience, Manufacturing exposure preferred
- MBA is required, an advanced degree in HR preferred
