About our Client: Our client is a world leader with a global footprint in the coding and printing solutions space with applications across diverse industries.Their distribution network is spread over 120 countries with more than 300 distributors. Based out of Mumbai they are looking for a seasoned HR professional with generalist experience to manage the HR function end to end.

Job Description : Reporting into the Director-HR, you will be responsible for:

- Drive Talent management and OD initiatives within the organization

- Managing retention of employees, employee morale and commitment

- Be the interface between the employees and the management with focus on helping solve work related problems, interpreting policies

- Responsible for leadership development and pipeline management of senior leaders in the organization

- Identifying the training needs of existing employees and conducting need based training

- Identifying the talent acquisition needs of the organization and formulate recruitment strategy for the same.

- Collating MIS data and presenting the findings to the senior stakeholders on a monthly basis

The Successful Candidate: As a successful applicant, you should have:

- Minimum 12 years of experience as HR Generalist with a clear focus on Talent Management initiatives 4-6 years experience in talent acquisition and training & development

- Proven expertise in initiating and managing leadership pipeline development programs

- Exposure to working in an MNC setup with excellent stakeholder management

- Good communication and team management skills
