Senior Manager - HR Generalist - IT

- Candidate should have strong experience from recruitments to seperation.

- Candidate should have strong Tech hiring background, Onboarding and compliances

- Acts as principal contact between multiple Business Stakeholders and IT stakeholders through the products and services lifecycle.

- Understands Business requirements and provides receivers with a consistent and effective experience in working with IT teams starting from the creation of (multi-) functional roadmaps to deployments, sustain and up to elimination of functional legacy solutions.

- Provides direction, leads, and manages the development and implementation of a major, high-impact projects/initiatives across the employee life cycle; initiatives could be independent or in partnership with COE's within/outside of HR.

- Partner with global teams to drive global engagement surveys for India, reporting to senior management; identifying potential areas of opportunity impacting the India entity and driving suitable initiatives around the same; Utilizing data and insights, from pulse surveys, focus groups, and other sources of input, to enhance the associate experience.

- Creates a culture where others feel cared for, respected and supported. Creates a culture that supports the development, growth, mobility and sponsorship of associates, enabling them to thrive. Establishes processes for teams to share feedback, both positive and constructive.
