Job Responsibilities:
- Develop recruiting strategy in line with Business Plan and implement the same
- The person will oversee the HR function based out of Corporate Office in Delhi.
- Oversee the recruitment across all regions and Corporate Office.
- Ensure that TAT for recruitment is maintained across Branches, Regions, Zones and Corporate Office.
- Effective Salary Negotiation, budgeting and cost control.
- Handling HR operations
- Compliance
- Payroll
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Disciplinary Process & IR
- Will involve extensive travelling
Desired Profile :
- MBA HR with 8+ years of experience in HR / Human Resource
- Strong in HR functional areas including performance management and Recruitment
- Strong at planning and multi- tasking and data analysis
- Strong at IT enabled HR process
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced environment.
